Should you be successful in your application, then to secure the townhouse unit we will ask for two (2) weeks rent in advance plus full bond payment equal to four (4) weeks rent, totalling six (6) weeks rent. The rent payment will cover the period from the commencement of the tenancy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Payment methods<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

As we do not handle cash due to security, there are two options for making a payment such as rent:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n
  • Internet bank transfer (preferred), or<\/li>
  • Direct deposit at any Westpac bank.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n
    \n

    If you would like to deposit your rent directly at a Westpac bank then you simply go down to the bank and fill in a deposit form and deposit the money. The Trust Account details (BSB and bank account number) will be provided to you at the start of your tenancy. Always keep your deposit receipt on the left hand side of the deposit form as proof of payment. Quite often the bank may leave your reference number off your payment and make it difficult for us to find your rent payment. This deposit receipt will make it easier for us to identify any missing payments.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    \n

    If you would like to make payment over the internet using internet banking, then simple use the Trust Account details provided and make sure you enter your payment reference so we can identify your payment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    \n

    Payment periods<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    \n

    For the payment of rent, we don’t mind whether you pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly provided your rent is always paid in advance. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    \n

    Payment categories<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    \n

    In order to determine the purpose of the your payment, such as rent, bond, or water, please use the following bank reference and initials for your townhouse unit. If paying over the internet and reside in townhouse 08 your bank reference should be KG 008 RENT {surname} as the unique reference. Using Troy Edwards of townhouse 8 as an example the payment reference should be\u00a0KG 008 RENT\u00a0Edwards.\u00a0What ever you do please use the same consistent bank reference which makes it easier for us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    \n

    If you are paying at a Westpac bank then Westpac does not allow any letters only numbers so please use 999 008 as the unique reference for townhouse 08. The “999” identifies your payment as “rent” and 008 as the townhouse. Please keep the bank payment receipt for proof of payment!!!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    \n

    For irregular payments such as Water which is due every 3 months we will invoice you and prefer an individual payment and payment reference, ie KG 008 WATER Edwards OR if at the bank then use 777 008.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    \n
